If whey protein powder in itself caused weight gain, how can you explain the MANY people who use it while losing fat? I use it myself, and my fat loss is good and steady.

Well i guess that it doesnt work for everyone, i always felt that everyone can get everything they need from food and to tell you the thruth i am very tired of all that supplement marketing.
For me eating to much protein even if has of now i weight 203 i will gain weight and that on a low carb diet too, weird.
I also find that has i age being 35 right now i need to train more and with more intensity to burn fat and keep the weight off.
