In case you have a Target near y'all, I found a quart of it for the same price as a PINT at the grocery store.... and I had just bought the pint at the grocery store! Grrrr!

Who woulda thunk that TARGET would carry whipping cream. Half and Half - sure, easy to find anywhere, but whipping cream, THERE? Whatever!

I believe it was 3.89 or something like that... under 4 for sure.

And remember Whipping Cream may be more expensive, however, it lasts TWICE as long as half and half. Fat takes longer to go bad. It's the milk sugars in half and half that deteriorate more quickly.

Just a tip: Starbucks usually has heavy cream behind the counter.

Thank everyone, I am going to finish up the half and half I have, and then going to switch to heavy cream.

Two quarts last me all week.

You go through a half gallon of heavy cream a week? That's 6564 calories. What in the world do you do with it?
