hi rosie bankhouse here, my name is marie and im for ireland and its not easy to get low carb stuff here,u must have plenty of choices over there,have u read about that chap who just ate meat for few days and lost loads.its on this site have a look its very good keep in touch and dont give in u can do it not for anyone else but do it for you because your worth it.

Hello, I'm a beginner also. I did do some sort of low carb a long time ago, but really had no clue, and certainly didn't make it a lifestyle change or I wouldn't be fatter than ever.

I have a question for anyone that could help me answer this question I was in ketosis for a while now I am not. What can I do to get back to ketosis and is it a bad thing. Help what will speed up this process I have no idea what I ate for this to happen..

On Atkins real mayo is fine. "Salad dressing" like miracle whip is not.

if u read atkins book he says not to worry about the colour of the stick if u have no cravings for junk food and your clothes are getting looser your doing fine,so keep up your good work and all will be ok promise,marie

I finally got the book after all this time. Now its time to read, read, and read. To be honest I haven't really craved much junk food the only that I think I do crave is ice cream sometimes. Other than that I have been doing well...

good girl all will be clearer to you when u read the book,keep up the good work belive me if i can do it anyone can all i ever ate was junk when i think about it now i was slowly killing myself, im now dropped one stone in 2 weeks and feel great so keep the big picture in mind and forget the bloody ice cream ok hope to here from u soon.

I am doing pretty good today.. I haven't ate much. My appetite tends to fluctuate. I can be hungry then somedays I am not. So it just depends. I have to admit I feel a lot better.
Marie, what kind of low carb foods do you have in Ireland?
