Crockpots are the best! You can seriously through anything in them.

I ate up all the gratin, and about a 1/4 of the meat stir fry. I just couldnt get it down. At least I now know not to make that stirfry anymore for lunch!

TOM just came too, and brought his cousin Crampy, so I am especially not hungry right now.

Nicole...I thought you were putting the gratin to rest for awhile? I believe I'm ready to do that with the hot dogs.

I couldn't imagine starting this diet without reading the book.

Could you?

Was reading the newbie questions.

I tried to. But my dad was all "read the book" He hammered it in my head. I would have just tried it by printing off the accetable food and stuff. But no, you definately need the book. I wouldnt have made it this far without it.

You need to know how it works, so you know why you are doing what you are doing. Why you need to not cheat, etc etc.

I wouldn't of understood the REASON why it works, therefore it would of been harder for me to stick to it.

I was just curious what you guys thought.

Really Stacie?

Either I'm in some serious ketosis or the effexor suppresses hunger because I have eaten much less lately. Last week I didn't eat supper 3 nights, didn't eat anything Monday night, and last night I could of gone without, but I ate.

I ate some lunch meat from the subs, and feel totally full and the thought of food makes me want to

I'm totally okay with it though, it's a nice change.

Gonna read more about effexor and see if that's a side effect.

Yup, can cause loss of appetite...and says, "EFFEXOR XR is not recommended for weight loss alone or in combination with phentermine or other products. "
