Thursday I did the 2 mile WATP video, part of it with weights, and part of it with the stretchie band.

Yesterday I was at my dad's and was going to do the 1 mile WATP video but the computer won't play the DVD without downloading an add-on. Instead I did jumping jacks, I jogged in place, and I did WATP exercises, some with the stretchie band. I worked up a sweat. I'm not sure how long I did it for...so I don't know how to log it in My P.L.A.N.

Yesterday I did the 1 mile WATP video. I'm going to do it now, too.

ETA: I ended up doing the 2 mile video.

I did the 1 mile WATP video today. I really did not want to do it. I remembered just as I was getting ready to settle in for the night. The CHOHW challenge has been absolutely monumental in motivating me to exercise every day this week.

ETA: I forgot to add that I also did the 1 mile WATP on Tuesday as well.

Thursday I did the 1 mile WATP video and I hated every second of it. I did not want to exercise.

Friday I didn't exercise, so Saturday I did the 4 mile WATP for the first time.

I exercised a bit after midnight today (1 mile WATP video)...but I'm counting it towards yesterday. I'll do today's exercise later.

To clarify, yesterday I did the 15 minute pilates introduction. It just goes through the basic steps.

Today, I did the actual 15 minute pilates workout. Holy crap, it's definitely a workout. I hate it. I HATE IT! IRL I would use expletives to describe how much I hate it.

Ugh. I'll keep doing it though. It's beneficial.

Sunday's exercise was the 15 minute pilates workout and the 1 mile WATP video.

I didn't hate the pilates as much this time! I did have to grit my teeth through some of the exercises, but at least this time I wasn't thinking "IHATEITIHATEITIHATEITIHATEIT!"
