hard boiled egg bake
Too many Easter eggs? Try this!
4 eggs
2 T cream cheese
2 T chopped onion
2 T chopped ham
1/4 c. crushed pork rinds
Hard boil eggs, cool, peel.
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Combine yolks, cream cheese, onion and ham. Spoon into eggs. Place eggs in baking dish, spray with cooking spray and top with pork rinds. Bake 4-5 minutes, serve warm.
