Default Chop-Chop CINNAMON SWEET TOFU

Hi guys,
I guess I just made up quite nice sweet snack:

Cinnamon Sweet Tofu:
- cut soft natural tofu in small pieces,
- sprinkle it with Schwartz: Mixed spice (ingredients:Cinnamon, Coriander Seed (38%), Caraway, Nutmeg, Ginger (3%), Cloves) and
- sprinkle with 2 pinches of Splenda
- that's it!

I really enjoyed it - it remind me of my grandma's pancakes with vanilla & cinnamon sugar.

So, let me know what do you think about it

Regards Tofu - my organic tofu label says it has only 0,6 carbs in 100 g but the Carb counters usually state more. About 1,6 - 4 grams
So what should I trust?

Try blending it and then putting it in the fridge and you can have pudding. I used to put cocoa powder, pinch of salt, tofu, and da vinci into blender and then refridgerate and have chocolate pudding.

I'd go with the specific label. Most carb counters use an average across a wide variety of blends or brands.

da vinci sugar free syrup is what a lot of people use as a sweetener because it doesn't contain maltodextrin (carbs) like splenda does, but it does contain the sweetener, sucralose. Also, it tastes better!
