B: Tuna w/mayo, 6 oz. tomato juice
S: 3 Cherry Tomatoes, 1 lf string cheesestick
L: Small salad
S: 1 lf string cheesestick
D: Grilled salmon, asparagus

90 oz. water
2 large cups coffee w/ sf sweetner

Jan 8, 07
Phase I

B: 1/2 c lf cottage chs, 1T guac, 1T salsa, 5 grape tom
33.8 water
S: 15 pistachios (couldn't eat them all work was too hectic)
L: 1 c microwaved broccoli with ICBINB spray, V8, water
S: LF mozz stick
D: 6 oz grilled top sirloin, mash garlic cauliflower, iceberg salad with spinache, green pepper, cuc, 5 grape tomatoes, 1 HB egg, 1T parm, Cardini's Caeser dressing

Drank an additional 70 oz of water thru out the day and 16 oz diet coke.

This is not a diet...it's just a change of menu planning~~!!!

b- 1 flax muffin, coffee w/ H&H and splenda
s/l- 1 cup chili, 2 ozs chicken
s- 1/3 cup hummus w/ baby carrots, 1 orange
d- mesclun salad w/ ind tuna, 1 hb egg, balsamic vinegarette dressing. grapes
s- dark chocolate, prunes, pistachios

B: Scrambled egg thingy made with 2 eggs, spinach, 2 tbs LF cottage cheese, and garlic (Mmmmmm....)

L: salad--iceberg lettuce, cabbage, bleu cheese crumbles, bacon bits, 1/2 avocado, balsamic vinaigrette
S: celery and hummus
D: chicken breast with salsa and a dollop of sour cream, one ounce cheddar cheese

L: prawn salad with a little mayo, tomatoes, red peppers, mixed lettuce and 1 ryvita
D: Probably cod mornay with carrots and broccoli

Water so far 65 floz (100 by end of day)

Good for you getting back on track
Things like a few nuts, some hummus with chopped raw veggies, a handful of cherry tomatoes (I think you guys call those something different - baby tomatoes basically) a couple of hard boiled eggs....some tuna with a little mayo and lettuce....all these things can be snacks. There are so many choices on SB which is why it's so versatile and you never have to be hungry! Obviously when you get to phase 2 it's even better because you can have the odd piece of fruit as a snack or a ryvita cracker if you want to.

Breakfast: Flax ‘Muffin’, FF Greek Yoghurt, V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Celery sticks with Lemon & Coriander hummus
Lunch: Salmon with Wasabi mayo, baby spinach leaves and baby toms
Mid-afternoon Snack: Mocha Ricotta Creme
Dinner: Chili Salsa Verde with broccoli

Default I'll accept a gain if it happens

It was our Holiday Lunch at the hospital today. Why they waited until after the New Year is beyond me. Just my luck I started since...

My day's eating is as follows:

B: 3 egg omelet with mushrooms, 2% Mex cheese, 1T salsa
diet coke, water
S: LF mozz stick, diet Dr Pepper
L: Steamed broccoli
Chicken Cordon Bleu (I cut the breading off and scraped out the ham and cheese and ate just the chicken)
Raw Cauliflower with a dill dip (this may bust me, don't know how it was made, but I only used a little of it)
Water
S: Too full from lunch
D: Salad, iceburg, spinach, tom, cuc, green pepper, 2 oz baked ham, 1T parm, SB Ranch dressing.
Water and lots of it!

I don't ever have an evening snack as I'm never hungry for one. Wasn't ever my norm, nor did I ever have desserts. Tho Judy's description for the fudgesicles and cream sounds enticing!

I have a feeling and willingly to accept that I will not show a loss tomorrow morning. Rightly so, as I do not feel very good about my choices today. Tho I did stay clear of the potatoes (well actually they were on my plate and I made my two skinny co-workers split them), rice, desserts of all kinds, carrots, arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I didn't drink as much water during the day like I have been doing. I am tho making up for it since I've been home from work. No matter what I will do what I have to do to get my water in, even if I have to get up in the night.

I hope I didn't do too much damage.

L: Chef Salad
D: (ate out, arrrrgh...had a meeting) small salad, okra, 1 slice ham, 1 slice baked fish, 1 spoonful lima beans

90 oz water
2 c coffee

S: Cucumber and aubergine dip
L: Smoked salmon, prawn, salad leaves, radishes and cucumber, olive oil (2 teaspoons) and balsamic vinegar (one spritz)
S: Prawns, cucumber and aubergine dip
D: Cold roast chicken breast and green beans, baby corn and courgette stir fried with sesame oil (teaspoon), and s/s sauce made of tomate puree, rice vinegar, soy sauce and splenda

Drank 5 glasses of water 8fl ozs - two mugs of green tea

iceberg lettuce, spinach,tom, green pepper, egg, parm chs, Balsamic/EVOO dressing.
And of course...........WATER
