Default My delicious feta-cauliflower-mash

This is just deilicious! All my friends and family love this!

1 cauliflower
About 100 grams of fetacheese (or creamcheese)
50 grams of butter
1-2 tbs of heavycream
Salt, pepper, onion grass
Garlic if you like

Cook the cauliflower, mash it together with all the other ingredients (I use a food processor).

Yummi!!

Just to make sure, is onion grass the same thing as scallions or green onions?

I'm not sure, we call it "gressløk", and directly translated is is "grassonion", but I thought it was called oniongrass in english.

It's these long green "grass-straws" that you can find in gardens etc. Has a strong onion-taste.

Haha I'm sorry, I asked a friend now, and she said "Chives". It's not oniongrass but CHIVES. :embarassed:
