You can find a killer low carb egg nog recipe here and I've heard that Hood (the Carb Countdown milk people) also makes a low carb egg nog during the holidays. I personally prefer to make my own. Hey...if you use Splenda instead of sugar, everything else that goes into egg nog is already low carb; cream, eggs and a splash of rum.. iffen ya ain't opposed.

Hey everybody,

Great answers! Including some things I hadn't thought of (Red Lobster biscuits, omg!)

I actually like eggnog best w/o the alcohol added. Just drinking that pure sweet liquid lard. Yummy!

Oh well. It looks like everyone's doing great.

I figured it was no more harmful fantasizing about cheats than it was fantasizing about winning the lottery. A little bit of naughty fun.

Everybody have a great low-carb day!

I'm proud of all of you!

Gerry

Go off the plan - double stuffed oreos and a big glass of milk.

Or corn on the cob - in season now!

Day four of induction - yesterday seemed to be the worse. I'm determined to keep it up though!

For me it would (will) be cereal (with nice cold 3% milk), bread and butter, pasta, and a stuffed crust cheese lovers pizza from pizza hut. Probably over the course of a weekend when I hit the 170lbs mark.

This is fun, sad but fun fantasizing. if you want to cheat with cereal that is not too bad at all. chocolate fudge cake and icecream or macaroni and cheese sounds like heaven to me.

I haven't cheated since Dec. 31st 2005.

My only planned "cheat" is wedding cake on my wedding day next August 11, 2007.

Canned Frosting - Yuk, nauseating before low carb. Today I would gladly have chips, salsa....anything mexican.....
but won't....the sugar doesn't appeal to me anymore. Used to eat candy/coke/etc every day....on the other hand an ice cold fizzy coke....LOL
thinkin' is stinkin' today.
