Weird brekkie today - about a dozen slices of pepperoni and a piece of string cheese. LOL! I ended up having a chocolate whey protein shake later this morning...

It's so funny to see so many different things!!!!!! I had leftover turkey wrapped in lettuce with some salad dressing on in. I have been buying the romaine lettuce and using it to wrap everything from hamburgers to tuna salad. its great...

Simple breakfast - 3 medium fried eggs. The protein and fat really help hold me until lunch.

And coffee of course. I need the caffeine hit to wake me up.

Cool

About midmorning, I had a quart of Water with Crystal Lite, a bag of peanuts from the machine at work, and 2 pieces of Jalapeno Monterey Jack Cheese sticks which I brought with me....Before that, I had two cups of coffee with Sweetener...Interestingly enough, the bag of peanuts at work, after removing the fiber count, only has 2 carbs, whereas if I look at the Planter's cocktail peanuts at the store, they have 5 carbs...Don't understand, but, hey, I'm happy with the "2 carb count"...These are the only ones that I have ever found that are that low..

Same here. The vending machine peanuts are "Karr's" and have 6 total with 4 fiber for 2 net grams.
