Default EASY AMAZING Paprika Pork - I wanted the meal to go on forever

Fry pork chops or pork loin in a very very generous portion of lard. If you're not anal about carbs you can coat them in flour or arrowroot first.

When they're cooked take them out, add boullion powder, LOTS of quality paprika, some heavy cream, and enough double cream or sour cream to make a thickish sauce - taste it to make sure it's creamy enough. THat is it. Serve over the chops.

I just made this for supper - Yum! 6 out of 7 people in the family liked it (my 5yr old won't try anything) I am always trying to find simple things to do with pork chops and this is a winner. This is now saved to my favorites!
