Well, I was getting impatient waiting for weigh-in on Monday, so I weighed in today. I'm back down to starting weight, yay! So of course I had to pop on and take off that nasty ol' +2 in front of my name, LOL!

Wow you guys are doing SO well!!! Im so excited for you all. Everyone pretty much seems to be doing an awsome job real early this time out. Im too scared tow weigh in right now so I may do it in a week or so. Maybe even try to wait until the end of the challenge and just focus on getting back to my no cheat days.

ended up having a 3 day cheat. Not all the time - but would end up that way for some "reason" or another. It was really bothering my stomach though. I think Im finally used to this way of life...well cept for the spike induced sugar cravings, and the irrational cravings - but that will get better with time. Now Im all swelled up again and my jeans and ring are tighter. Arggg.. will take a few days for that to go away and Ill be back on the way down again I hope.

Jazzfan.... I just had to say, that I *love* Sportacus!! He could bounce on over to my house anytime he likes... with that sexy accent and all those aerobatics!! <giggle> Actually, my boys love Lazytown, and we probably watch it 2 or 3 times/week!

Oh my yes, Sportacus is the man! My middle son used to watch it daily (drool...) but now he has cut back two 2-3 times a week. I'm encouraging him to watch it MORE, lol. I actually bought the Lazy Town soundtrack to use as my workout music, which is why I joke that he's my personal trainer. I just get so mesmerized watching him move - it's weird! But he definitely enjoys being in a fit body, and that is the feeling I'm striving for. I think of that every time I exercise.

And congrats to you on losing almost four more pounds! Great job!!

The trip into Philly was fun last night. We ate at a Cuban restaurant and I'm not sure how my eating would calculate out. I didn't eat a whole lot and stuck to the meat so I think it was OK. It was delicious!!! I drank more than I should have... I'll have to work to get that off. I started with wine and ended with beer. But it was a great time and I danced a lot so at least there was some exercise involved! I even salsad for the first time!!!

Annie1gi... fingers crossed for Monday's weigh-in!

tripletmom... WTG on the loss!!! I just looked at your gallery and your boys are SO cute!!! Geez you must have your hands full!!!

bgender... I love forgetting to eat! I never ever thought I would be someone who forgot to eat. I could never figure out how a person did that. Now that my life isn't revolving around food I find it happens sometimes!

jazzfan... Thumbs up on being good when you could have been bad!!!

southbel... You're getting closer and closer to your final goal!!!! Must feel great!!!

LiveWell... You can do it!!! One meal at a time!! One BITE at a time!!!

Gypsy, thanks so much! I realize that I am getting closer and closer and yet it still seems unreal somehow. Even the fact that when I get done with this challenge and will be in the 160s is so very surreal. Really, 160s is what some may call a more "normal" weight. In fact, I am one pound from being just overweight and moving out of the obese category. That will be a HUGE milestone for me!

Default Weekly Weigh In

Well I managed to get rid of another 3.5 lbs this week......I cheated a little yesterday and had some cake from the birthday party my daughter went to.... but I had a chicken ceasar salad instead of a burger and fries so overall I am doing a lot better then before....

I have a question since i have never done a challenge and havent read any threads either for that matter:

When we post our weight loss in the far right column, do we post our new loss for just that week or is it accumulative??? I'm thinking accumulative but im not sure.

Thanks for your help!!
