Pork burgers

1 lb pork mince
2 egg yolks
1 slice lc bread/thin slice wholemeal
Quarter tsp dried thyme
Quarter tsp ground cloves
Quarter tsp ground mace
Quarter tsp ground nutmeg
Salt and pepper

Use food processor to process the bread. Put crumbs into bowl. Do the same with pork mince. Add all other ingredients to the pork and mix in well. Use burger maker to make burgers or hands to shape into patties.

Great for freezing.
Makes 8 thick or 12 thin burgers.

These are great with fried egg and a slice of cheese in a lc muffin. Just like....shhhhh...you know who....
