Morning Chris,I need to add something else to my routine for the next 7 days.I figured I would try and do it with you since our first set of 7 is what I was able to make a routine from.
I am talking something simple as in crunches or leg lifts or something like that.
Help me out what do ya think? Maybe crunches one day and leg lifts the next 50 of each?

Morning, Stacy!

I'll post you tonight or tomorrow about the body wrap. I'm starting week 2 for me of the 7 day challenge - I'm behind you, and can't catch up!!!

Be careful when you start the body sculpting work - you *will* be sore! If I were you, I'd start with a combo - 10-20 crunches, 10-20 lifts per leg and see how you feel the next day. Then increase. Just MHO. I need to start doing some tummy work too - I'm just afraid that it's still too big and crunches would add muscle, making the whole thing look even larger! That would be bad...

Tell me what you're doing and how it's working for you this week, and maybe next week I'll join in.

BTB, the HOUR PER DAY thing is AWESOME!!!! You rock: keep on keepin' on.

30 minute walk done.....I will add more tonight !!! I think I will take your suggestion on adding the other exercises.I am thinking about alternating between adding crunches one day and leg lifts the next.I will do something extra this week everyday.
Stacy

I CAN DO THIS !!!

YOU GO, GIRL!!! I just finished 28 minutes on the elliptical. "Getting wrapped" in about 45 minutes. Not looking forward to someone seeing me in my undies, but I guess that's why we pay them the big bucks, right??? Wednesday is going to be a tough one for working out. I've got an appointment at 5 and going out to dinner with a friend right after. I usually get home from work a little after 4. I guess the best plan is to get up early and PLAN for a short workout that day - maybe 10, 15 minutes just to be able to keep up the every day. Does that sound acceptable? I don't want to "cheat."

Modified shake fast - please, do tell!!! Praps something I could try. The body wrap was nice - didn't lose any inches "immediately" but I'm going again tomorrow and hoping my sunday measurements go well. We'll see...

I'm really pressed for time, but I'm gonna go hop on the ellip for 10 or 15 - didn't make it this morning

30 minutes elliptical!!!

GO ME!!!

today I ate a spoonful of "flax cereal" (awful, runny stuff, I must've done something wrong) and 5 100 calorie pepperoni sticks. Protien shake for dinner...

I'm feeling very motivated - 11 days in a row down, 10 more and it's "a habit!"

!!! I had to share, you won't believe this, got on the scale this morning to a 203.8 - a new low weight by a pound and a half!!!

I'm so excited. I had a protien shake for breakfast (90 cal of pure protien) and I brought two more scoops in a shaker to have througout the day. I'll record my exercise when I get home from work - have a great one!
