Still didn't budge: 232
Trying to increase exercise, so I went to the mall near my work at lunch today and walked for 1/2 an hour. We'll see if that helps.

Okay well yesterday turned BAD...the big bad naughty snacking monster reared it's ugly horns. I'm not sure what exactly set me off (could have been the yummy fake garlic toast (see recipe in link)....but whatever it was it was EVIL. I ate chocolate, chips, crakers, and loads, and loads of jelly beans!!!

I felt awful but I couldn't stop. So today it's back to green. I have to go out today, so I packed green light foods to bring along....and I'll be chewing gum like crazy!

Well Lou-I ate on plan....not even a snack when I came home last night and I am up one....I slept and drank my h2o....why does the damn scale lie......

Ate on plan; same today at 231. But, I've kicked up the exercise a notch and sticking to the plan. My scale doesn't show ounces lost, so it might be a couple more days before it drops again - can't expect to lose a pound every day!

Way to go Carmen on the 1lb loss.

All that dancing Lou will lower your scale too. LOL!

Carmen I'm joining you in the walking, my plan is to start at 3 days a week. I also go to Curves and try to do 5 days a week there too. I'm looking for this to help.

Chari, I know how terrible it is when you follow plan and still you go up the scale, just hang in there and it will drop down and when you are able to get back to exercising it will really drop. How's the foot doing?

Feet hurt bad Pat. It's hard to work, but I don't care....when the weather breaks I am gonna start walking again!
