Still haven't had any reply from the manufacturer - hope they do add a warning to their manual. Burns on my face are gone - only have 3 small spots left on my hand.

S: green grapes

L: left over shrimp stir fry (made that instead of the soup - maybe make the soup tonight)

Hope everyone is feeling better. Our family opted to get the flu shot this year...not sure if it really helps...but anytime any of us was even starting to get the sniffles...it only last one or two days and we were fine again...haven't had a full blown cold/flu at all...(watch me get sick now).

Yesterday's Fare:

I always start my day with several glasses of water while I check my email and get caught up here.

B. 1/2 cup large-flake oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, red and green grapes, strawberry yogurt, 3 almonds (all mixed together)

S. 2 apple pie cookies

L. 2 slices of Whole Wheat Soy Bread (a new product at my grocery store), spread with fat-free mayo, tomato, lettuce, red onion, cucumber, and a cottage cheese pancake (warmed up in microwave)

S. large Ida Red apple

S. vanilla yogurt mousse

D. 1 cup of whole wheat spagetti and 1 cup of my homemade sauce, sprinkle of parmesan cheese

S. cup of decaf coffee, pear, and cranberry muffin

That was alot it seems.

It is a store bought product. Check out www.silhouetteandme.ca go to the bottom right corner and click on Silhouette reinvented, then continue to check out the products...they have a choco-mousse, vanilla, raspberry, cherry and orange mousse. It is good...first time I tried it this week.

I'll have to check that out, too - sounds good!

Member of son's basketball team went home from the tournament with the stomach flu on Saturday - by Sunday night, son had it - by Tue. a.m., I had it, too. Still a bit queasy today, but since it's Ash Wednesday and a fast day, it doesn't matter so much.

So far today, I've only had water and coffee. Went to the mall and walked for half an hour at lunch time. I did bring a lunch of one very small salmon patty and a little broccoli in case I do feel like eating later. Plan to make fish tonight. Rules of 'fast' are either one regular meal or two smaller meals that do not add up to the same as one regular meal.
