OH MY GORD!!!! I just had my first hot cereal orgasm!!! I made a version of the flaxseed hot cereal that had been recommended to me on another thread and it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo damn good!!!! Y'all need to try it...it is definatley a direct order ...you won't regret it...WoW!!!!!

2 tbs flaxseed meal
2 tbls almond meal
1tbs butter (melted)
2 tbl heavy cream
1 tsp of splenda

mix the flaxseed, almond meal and splenda w/ boiling water and then add your butter and cream.....Wow

the other versions called for whey protien...but I didn't have any ...I will definatley try it w/ that when I decide to add that to my diet....
