Cranberry Relish
I made this last year and again this year for Thanksgiving.
Again I am not a measure person so just go by taste.
Ingrediants:
Bag of fresh cranberries
Water to cover
SFS to taste
Orange zest of 1 orange
Orange SF jello (2 small boxes)
Boil cranberries, zest and water with SFS. Once all the berries pop and cook down some (you still want SOME liquid but it should be syrupy) take off heat and work in the powdered jello. Chill overnight. These do not set completely firm but more of a loose jelly.
