My definition of cheat is one that's intentional! For example, one of my cheats would be eating an entire pie. Pretty sure that's over my daily carb limit!

Oh good, then I don't have to start over!! On my third cheatfree day, and I've almost run out of carbs for the day. Sigh. Where did they all go?

Guess it's meat and cheese for the rest of the day.

You will have to manually correct it, but hey isn't it easier than updating a ticker!!!

I have no medical proof/statistics to support this, but it's probably best that you have most of your carbs earlier in the day. Like it's not recommended to go to sleep on a full stomach. Your body goes into rest mode and can't process the food = stored fat.

I have to admit: Yesterday was VERY hard for me, but...

I did it!!!! I completed my third day without any cheats!!!

That's right! Instead of the snickers bar I so desperately wanted to reach out to at about 3 PM (it was a hellofa work day), I ate an atkins bar. And instead of the Jay BBQ chips I so desperately wanted to pick up at the store, I bought pork rinds and nacho sauce. Not the best choices, I know, but it sure beat giving into the "needs".

Hey everybody!

How has today been for you ladies? Does anybody else notice that the longer you go being cheat-free the better you feel and are less tempted for bad things?

Heck yeah! I think it's the first three days that are the ABSOLUTE worst for the craving so I'm sure hoping that the next 97 days will be a breeze!

Congrats to all of you! Read in my journal if you are interested as to why I didn't update my count to 4 days yet.

Does LC ice cream on Induction count as cheating?

Yep. I swear that I get less obsessive about food as well. (At least less obsessive about the foods I'm should be staying away from). I whine about it less too.
