Default fauxfruit smoothies

I not quite sure if this belongs in breakfast, snack, or sweets area as it could be eaten during any of those meals. I have it for breakfast so i am putting it here.

Anyways, this really does taste like a fruit smoothie and it is 100% induction safe.

1/2 cup of jello (orange)
1/2 cup of frozen jello (orange)
1/4 of a cup or more of sugar free soda (orange)
1 scoop whey protein vanilla (designer whey)
optional SF Davinci (vanilla flavor)

Put it a blender and blend, make sure to blend it all the way.

Based on the ingredients that i used it has 4 carbs.
2 for Designer whey
1 for jello (i am counting the sweetner as 1)
1 for soda (sweetner)

If you dont count the jello or soda its 2. Or however many grams your Whey protein has.

If you choose to add SF syrup make sure the flavor matches your ingredients.

You want to use a soda that is Similar in flavor to your Jello. I was making an orange smoothie so i used orange soda. When i do this with Rasberry jello and Chocolat whey i use Sugar Free Tropicana fruit punch. THe rasberry chocolat one tastes like rasberry truffles.

Anyways the possibilities are endless and it tastes really awsome for breakfast and has lots of protein because of the whey protein.

If anyone tries these let me know what flavor combinations you used so i can try them too.

Edit: These would also make good blended drinks. Add some rum or vodka or something and blend. i havent tried that, but i will in 4 days when i turn 21.
