Cauliflower and bacon salad
This is one of my favorite salads, very simple but a little time consuming.
1 head of lettuce
1 head of cauliflower
1lb. of bacon
2 cups of mayo
1/4 cup - 1/2 cup splenda (play with this until you get a desired taste)
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
Chop the lettece, layer it in the bottom of a pan
add cauliflower
fry bacon until crispy and layer on top of cauliflower
mix mayo and splenda, when finished mix in the cheese
Add the mix to the top of the salad. Do not mix this all together until the day you are going to eat it. I personally take out what I will eat and mix it in a separate bowl. If you mix it too early the lettuce will get real soggy. The salad will last a good three days if not mixed.
