Default yummy pork chops

1 half bag of pork rinds ground up or meshed up with mallet
1 tablespoon of seasoning salt
1 tablespoons of chicken boulloin powder-

1
tablespoons of itialian seasoing
2/3 cup low carb pancake mix
mix all together
take pork chops and beat 2 eggs and drench them in the egg and put in the shaker bag with all the seasoings and shake it
bake at 350 degrees untill cooked- i put 1/2 stick of butter in bottom of pan for alittle flavor.

i really like this . i came up with this one and i like it. sue

I just saw this one and will try it. I always tend to overcook pork chops when frying but this may be a safer way for me. Thanks...
