Default flax idea...yummy

Ok, I see a lot of people wanting to know what to w/flax. I don't know what to call these so my family just calls them.....

Egg Thingys

2 eggs
3 tbsp whole flax ground in a grinder
3 tbsp SF davinci's ect. vannilla and caramel are good
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2oz cream cheese
SF maple syrup

Mix all ingredients (except cream cheese and maple syrup) in a bowl till all lumps are out.
Lightly coat another microwave safe bowl with oil/butter to prevent sticking
Pour contents into greased bowl and nuke for about 1.5- 2 min or until firm.
Transfer egg thingy to a plate.
Nuke the cream cheese till soft (use same bowl).
Spread over egg thingy.
Drizzle with SF maple syrup and enjoy!

BTW, Kids LOVE these!
