Default Maryland Wings (Old Bay Wings)

This is one of my favorites to make so I figured I would share with you.

Get a family size package of unfrozen chicken wings from your local grocery store. While your there pick up a decent size container of Old Bay and some butter if you dont have it.

Now there are two ways to do this. My wife who is not on any low carb diet likes to deep fry the wings first to ensure that they are cooked all the way through. She then sits them on a paper towel to drain off most of the oil. After that she puts them on a backing sheet and pours melted Butter all over them. Then she seasons them with Old Bay as much as she likes (Which is alot) and bakes them until they are a little crispy. YUMM!

My way of doing it is much faster and I don't like as much Old Bay as she does. I melt a stick of butter into a bowl and then Pour some Old Bay right into the butter and mix it up... Then I roll the wings into the butter mixture and place them on the cooking sheet. Once I am done that I pour the left over butter on top of the wings and sprinkle a little more Old Bay. I place it into a 375 degree preheated over for about 45 minutes or until there is not pick inside. To make them more crispy I turn on the broiler for about 3 minutes then I rotate them and broil the other side for three minutes.

Add some Greens and you have yourself a great dinner.

Don't forget your water!

I follow them some. Not a huge Baseball fan. Football is more of my sport. Either way these wings are great.

I love wings of all kinds and that sounds really good. I also love the Italian style Buffalo wings, it was Buffalo wings-(with the hot sauce and butter and Italian dressing).
