43/43-- Today is a workday and I had to be here at 0720 so I did a 2 hour walk and only added 1375 stairs today.

6/7.

Walk in the park today. 3.75 miles/57 minutes.

I did walk 1.5-2 miles yesterday - in the park - but I had a 5 year old in tow and I just don't think that we went fast enough to really count as exercise.

6/8. It's early but I've decided to take the day off from exercise. I've not been sleeping well and I think my body will do better with a little extra rest.
