Talking Holiday Exercise Challenge Phase 2

I am calling for a holiday challenge...daily exercise until July 4th, then Labor day in September, etc.

Basically this would be a Holiday to Holiday challenge. I think the challenge times are short enough to be doable and will build upon eachother until we will be surprised at how long we have been going with daily exercise.

I don't want anyone to feel excluded who wants to get into exercise. If you are not doing exercise on a daily basis you are still more than welcome to join, just post your individual goal.

My goal #1: Daily exercise starting Monday April 25th.

Phase 1 ended Memorial Day May 30, 2005

Phase 2: May 31, 2005-July 4, 2005

I'll hop in on this one.

This is my second year in this WOL and I have made a recommitment to consistent exercise for this year. I exercise every day but Sunday. Monday-Friday I do exercises and a half-hour on the treadmill, Saturday I just do the exercises, Sunday I rest.

This last Saturday made week number 2 of my recommitment and I was a good girl and exercised today even though it is a holiday and had the potential to sabotage me

So count me in for Mon - Sat

Debbie

17/20 in Phase I, and I'm in for Phase II! Again, my goal is to do something every day. Walked twice around my 2 mi. valley, today; the hills are definitely easier now. But gained 1.5 lbs during last week of Phase I challenge. Hope I don't keep that up, lol!

I did my treadmill and exercises today. That's pretty darn good since I have the day off (and tomorrow too, hehe).

Hey there! I'm going to join this exercise challenge. My goal is to also exercise every day from now until July 4th. I haven't exercised today yet but I will and report back in here later.

I was exercising daily for a good long time but the last two weeks I haven't exercised at all so this is supposed to be the kick in the butt that I need LOL.

Welcome aboard everyone.

I'm resetting my stats....

1/1. No formal exercise today but I did cut the grass (about 45 minutes) and spend nearly an hour playing with my niece in a really cold pool.

Hi,

I'm here. I am resetting my stats. So far I am one for one, I biked all over the north end of town today. All my grandkids have tired butts. Well, so do I.

Welcome everyone, Marty

Hi there,
Sign me up! I had decided yesterday to start this woe once again and realized that exercise is a VERY important part of it. I went to the YMCA and did 20 min. on the treadmill and lifted for 30 minutes. Thanks for the great thread.

Kelly
