Look up to the sky
12 to 15 oz of flaked crab meat, or
the imitation crab meat found in meat dept at supermarket.
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
5 green onions chopped (both white and green part)
1/2 cup of sliced black olives
1/2 medium white onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup of chopped celery with leaves
2 T celery seeds
1 cup of Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
fresh flat italian parsley for garnish
Combine all ingredients, top with fresh italian parsley and serve on toasted Low-Carb Bread, or on lettuce leaves.
