For each serving:
1/2 pound fatty hamburger
2 TBLSP Worchester Sauce
1 TSP Tobasco
1 TSP lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 oz of Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 stick real butter
Salt
Pepper
2 Michelob-Ultra Beers
Mold Hamburger into a square
Marinate over top salt, pepper, WC Sauce, Tabasco, Lemon Juice
Cover and refrigerate for 4 - 8 hours
Grill Hamburger to liking temp
As Hamburger is almost done, melt butter in pan
Pour mushrooms in butter and stir for a few minutes
Place Hamburger on aluminum foil or in pan on grill
Cover cooked Hamburger with mushrooms
Cover mushrooms with Pepperjack cheese and melt
Twist open a Michelob-Ultra and drink
Repeat last step as desired!
