I have been having roughly the same ammount of carbs as you a day, and I seem to be losing quite fast, so I believe I can lose it just as fast. Do you have any before and after pictures you can post?

You can do it it was not that hard at all. It took some will power because my wife does not take part in a low carb life style. But I use a great tool called Fitday and that helped out and I walked around 14 km a day . That was 1 hour in the morrning and 1 hour after dinner. I will look for some before and aftrer pic and see if I can figure a way to post them.

Good luck and you can do the same as I did. I did nothing you people cant do. remember that walking is free and it is a great way to burn the unwanted pounds
