Lightbulb cottage cheese breakie!

hey guys!

i made the best breakfast this morning.

I got the idea from my mother in law who makes this as a filling for crepes. I changed it a little. And of course no crepes.

Take about 125 gr of 5% cottage cheese in a cereal bowl. (a quarter of a 500gr tub) check the carb content. Mine was 4.6 gr of carbs/125 g. I forget the name. Sealtest?

Add lots of cinnamon and vanilla. About a teaspoon of each or to taste. Then add splenda to taste. About 2 teaspoons.

stir it up and enjoy.

I figure it to be about 5 or 6 grams for the bowl. Yummy!!

I wonder if you could use Tofu since I am allergic to dairy. I'm going to try it. Judy H
