Jimsbride, I have no idea if James is doing another challenge, I suppose you'll have to ask him. As far as this week starting on Tuesday, it's up to you. Some did exercise earlier in the week, and wanted to count it, which is fine.

I'm adding another clean day of re-Induction, was tough yesterday, but I stuck it out.

Thanks beans. Oh, and great job with sticking to re-Induction. I know how tough it can be, especially after a wonderful tropical vacation - I nearly died after my Maui vacation in August! All I did was crave pineapple!

Induction has been hard this time. I was sooooo hungry yesterday and the cravings kept calling! I decided at night just to go to sleep and worry about my stomache today. Glad I did the scale was down another 2 pounds! I know this is the first 5-8 that is easiest because it's extra fluids and stuff-- but I'll take any loss. Those dancing bananas are my motivation! HOW SAD...lol!

And don't forget the seizure hearts!!! (is that a cereal? ).

Anyway, I'll officially update tomorrow morning after I weigh in, but I got my workout in today, had 34 net carbs and only about 1,000 calories (ran out of carbs and no lunchmeat/0 carb snacks around at the moment - so I stopped eating). Either way, I met all goals!! My legs still feel like Jello from running/pilates. That's 3/4 - will have to get that last workout in Sat. morning.

Wow, looks like everyone is doing a GREAT job...I have not weighed in yet, I try to only weigh once a week so will advise that on Mon/Tues since it started on Tuesday.
But WTG to all with the great losses....
I think I need to add a goal to my challeng, to get them jumpin nanners down also.....
