I can't get the crzy guy so I put the agree guy for how may time I worked out with week so far! I rest friday and saturday, that is how I already how three, having sunday be the first day of my "workout week"

Good morning all, off to a good start for the Feb challenge. got 2 work outs done so far and I actually hit my water goal yesterday! NO that is a whole new challenge for today...Good luck all, I see everyone is doing GREAT so far...

Good morning everyone! I'm already down 5 pounds of post vacation bloat, thank goodness. Day 3 of re-induction and all is going well.

Hey Becki, count me in. I'm going to tone it down a bit this time, I'm still recovering from my recent illness.
I think getting to 165 lbs would be fabulous for me, which is 7 lbs. I think yoga 3 times and core 2 times a week is sounding good.

Thanks Becki - wasn't sure if I should put a heart for a 1/2 pound, but I did anyway because, well... I wanted to. If I actually get to the point where I have psycho flashing hearts I'll probably switch over to the old time favorite - the dancing banana... But for now I choose to be different.

Congrats on your five pounds! Dang, I still don't know how you do it! Even when I have bloat weight it takes FOREVER to get it off, yet you seem to drop it within a few days. I'm not jealous, really.

Trish, everything on this challenge is cut and paste. Cut and paste the format from the first post in this thread, and then cut and paste the smilies/bananas as needed to update.

If you can't get the smilies to cut and paste, you can add the image codes, which are listed on page 3. OR, if that doesn't work, just use any forum smilie of your choice.
