I did BodyRx the beginning of last year. The four phases are:
1. getting started or increasing your metabolism
2. bulking gaining muscle
3. cutting or losing fat, which is easier with a higher LBM and a faster metabolism. your metabolism is sensitive to how much you eat.
4. maintenance.
this works. I would have argued with you before I did this program that how much you eat determines your metabolism but I can eat normal amounts now. the only caveat is that the 4 day split can cause burnout if you're an ectomorph, like me.
it is a low fat program, the protein and carbs are cycled.
