All my H2O in today , as I said earlier - workout's in too. Ate more calories than I really needed, but as I said in my journal earlier - tomorrow is my "official" Induction start since I was finishing up some nuts n' stuff today that are no-no's. From tomorrow on, however, I'm 100% clean. Net carbs were still only at 23 though, so I'm impressed.

Hello All! OOOOPS! So busy that I haven't been recording anything! I've been good,though! (Thank goodness!) Been doing the exercise/treadmill each day and sticking to the 'safe' foods....only had two glasses of champagne last night! It was terrific to wake up feeling good and not guilty!!
So, as of Jan. 1/05, 4/4 on the exercise goals and will weigh myself tomorrow.

Ok, is it to late to join in? I fell off the wagon over Christmas and now need to re-commit. I need this accountability. To late today to weigh in, will have to do that tomorrow.
January goal...restart induction and lose 10 pounds the month of January.
Then get off the last 30punds by April 1st. My 2 year anniversary.

Hi! I would like to join! I haven't been around in awhile and I've been totally out of control!

My goal for January:

1. Not worrying about losing weight, just want to be in control one day at a
time. If I can do this the weight will come off automatically.

2. Not to eat any sweets, save for a peice of hard candy (sorry. can't quick
cold turkey).

3. Do my body toning and stretching before going to work and low aerobics or
dancing after work.

OOPS I forgot!

My current weight is 230 (boy have I gained!)

My goal weight is whatever disciplining myself would bring, but 15 lbs. would be nice.

*WEEK ROLL OVERS WILL BE ON SUNDAYS*
Which means it will run from Sunday to Saturday.

I tried to update everyone's stats, and I know there was some confusion as to when that was.

PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR STATS TODAY AND LET ME KNOW IF THEY ARE RIGHT. If not I apologize. There was alot of info to change, and with the week roll-over confusion I may have messed something up. Please let me know and I'll adjust it for you.

WTGet those workouts in Paula, Angel, Lamby, Lauren, Dana, Scott, Carl, and Cakesgalore!

Carl, just let me know how many times a week you want to work out and I'll adjust it. I'm all confused.

I plan on doing my morning stretches and body tonings daily, and my low impact or dancing 3 to 4x's a week. I can do the morning exercise with no problem but I'd better start off slow with the evenings, since my job is so physical, I won't feel bad if I skip a day in the evening.

I'm so excited about this I feel as if there is hope again! LOL

I will weigh every Monday although my focus is on self control and not weight. Just one day of eating right will give me the greatest pleasure.

Also, I do not want to eat after 6 P.M. Please add that one also.

How would you like me to add that to your goal. In number of x's? Some people count daily as 7x a week, some 5x for weekdays only. Just throw me a black and white number for the week and I'll add it.

Okay, that sounds great! Stretching/body toning 7x's a week every morning and low impact or dancing aerobics 4x's a week. Hope that makes sense.
