Cool January Challenge!

Hi! Count me in, too!
I'm at 142.5 now and would love to be at 137 by the end of Jan.
Is that too ambitious? I am only a beginner here (started Nov. 23rd) and have lost 12.5 lbs so far.
Even if I lose a few pounds but make sure to do 1 hour on the treadmill at least 5 days a week with a Pilates workout after, that would be great!
As long as I stick to this, I should be good!

Haven't exercised yet, I'm fixing my treadmil.. I'll try to aim for 4x /week..

Becki this is beautiful, ur doing a great job, we really appreciate it !!

yesterday I managed a 1 hour yoga workout and today I did another 1 hour workout. Tuesday I did my Core and I'm still hanging at 180 lbs but feeling real good!

How do you all get through those days when your body tells you to eat constantly? Probably because it is fighting the weight loss... I think that is what really ruins my weight loss, because I eat too much.

I think this week should count, because I am doing well. *grin* It honestly doesn't matter to me.

No more loss for me, and no more exercise yet either. I have been lazy all day. I plan to do either taebo, or pilates before bed though... hopefully.
