Hello....now I'm confused...and it doesn't take much
Are we starting as of when you first posted?? Or Saturday.....? Only I have lost 2lb since I first posted
I am down to 250.8 - and I was 252.8
You don't have to update my stats till you want to - or you're doing other peoples....I don't want to be a pest

Thanks for clearing that up. Jadefox it is great that you have already lost pounds...keep up the good work. Dianna - keep doing what you are doing because that means you are motivated for the begin of the challenge on Saturday. I too have been doing my exercise daily and drinking my water and eating LC.

Ok I would like to join too.... I think being in challenges helps me keep on track,,I am currently 178 but will confirm my starting weight on Saturday morning... So I think I would like to lose 8 lbs by 2/14,
Take supplements daily
Drink 80 ounces of water a day... have really fallen down on this lately
get down to a size 14

I just wanted to let you know that the stats page is wonderful... you have done a great job and it will help me keep track of all my goals

LOL Foxy your not being a pest its great that you have already lost the 2lbs that just lowers your starting weight so that it will be easier for you to reach your goal . Your stats have been updated to reflect that.

I wanna play... my goal is to drop 15 pounds, drink 150 ounces of water daily, exercise 4 times a week... starting weight is 302.

hey Unholy... I hate to sound like I am complaining.. and I know I did gain wait over the Christmas vacation... but I am not up 30 pounds.. (heehee),,.. please check my stats.. I am starting at 244 and current weight is 244, goal weight is 224.

Default Graphic for sig lines is done!!

Hi gang!!

As promised, I have a graphic done for our sig. lines!! My husband did it for us

Every Sunday, I will find out the TOTAL weight lost from this whole group from "Unholy", and update the graphic. You don't need to do anything weigh every Saturday, and post what you lost!

Just copy this text, change the plus signs to "t"s (so it says http, instead of h++p) and paste into your sig. line, and you're ready to roll:

tripletmom.. I love the new graphic for our signatures.. only wished it had something on there about this being a "group" challenge on it, or total group losses.. something.. otherwise.. ppl will think I have lost lots and lots of weight by myself since 1-1-05 ??

Hey, I assume since this challenge doesn't "officially" start til Jan. 1 then there's still time to join up. I've never participated in one of these challenges because I'm always afraid that I'll miss my goal but I'm giving this one a try. here are my goals
1. Lose 20 Lbs from jan 1-feb 14
2. drink at least 100oz of water a day
3. Exercise at least 3 times a week in any form
4. NO CHEATS!!! (at all)

Okay, I am just restarting my weight loss plan. Been off the wagon for quite a while. I thought your challenge was a great way to jumpstart myself. Hope it is still okay to join you all...

My goals are:
1.) Lose 20 pounds by Valentine's Day (~2.5 lbs per week)
2.) Exercise at least 2 days a week
3.) Drink 80 oz. of water a day or more
4.) Take my vitamins and supplements every day
5.) Keep track of my daily eating thru FitDay.com at least Mon-Fri (weekends are go go go right now...)

I need to update my weight line in my profile, but I think it should read 285/282/135. I'll update it on Saturday when I weigh...

Glad you like it, and I agree, so I changed it to say "Group Challenge", and "weight we've lost since 1-1-05"
