Default Chicken and Sausage Saute

After staring into the fridge and digging in the cupboards for an hour and ahalf searching for something I was "in the mood to eat" i threw together this recipe with some ingredients I happened to have on hand and I must say I was surprised at how scrumptious the results were

I don't really measure anything but this is approx what I use:

2 small-medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut into strips
2 Large Sausage patties, cubed or stripped( you can use any precooked LC sausage patties you can find or the rolled kind or links or whatever! I use patties that I have previously cooked from a bulk roll of sausage) I always eat HOT sausage because I like the xtra kick but I am sure it would be just as good with a mild version for those of you with tame tastebuds
2-3 scallions, completely diced (including the green tops)
a small handful of mushrooms (I prefer baby bellas but whatever u prefer is fine)
1 tsp of minced garlic (or powder)
1 tbsp of LC salsa

Saute all of the ingredients together and voila! A tasty meal Its great right out of a bowl, stuffed into a warm LC wrap and topped with cheese and sour cream, piled on top of a bowl of lettuce for a tasty salad or even mixe dinto an omelet for a hearty breakfast! I use this mix for ALOT of diff variations, helps fight the food boredom and since I am still on Induction it really helps to have some good recipes! Just thought I'd share!
