Default Quick and Easy Microwave Salmon

I just made this easy and delicious salmon recipe:

1 medium size salmon filet (frozen is just as good)
2 pats of butter
dill to taste
cap full of 100% lemon juice
dash of olive oil
dash of garlic powder

Put the salmon filet on a microwaveable dish (skin side down)
place the pats of butter on the flesh side
sprinkle with dill and garlic
top with olive oil and lemon juice

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3 - 5 minutes (5 if frozen).

I don't know the carb count, but the only danger I could see is the tiny bit of lemon juice.

Enjoy!

Mine is a slight adaptation of yours, mc. I put it in a microwave safe dish, add 2 T of butter, salted or unsalted, lots of garlic and lots of Chef Prudhomme's salt-free seasoning, and cover. (I use a casserole dish) then I microwave at 2 minutes and it comes out moist and juicy. I use the 6 oz fresh salmon filet that I buy from the butcher block counter at my grocery store.
