Default Delicious LC cocktail

I wasn't sure where to post this since there isn't a beverages section, so I'll put it here, don't make a meal of it though!

LC Raspberry Mojito:

1tbsp. crushed mint
1/4c Bacardi Raz
4 oz club soda
2tsp. sweetener
1/4 lime squeezed into drink

mince mint with an knife or get a wooden muddler to crush it in the bottom of the glass. Add sweetner, rum, and soda, squeeze lime into drink, stir and garnish with lime twist and sprig of mint.

These are soooooooooo good. I thought fun cocktails were out of the question for the LC lifestyle, but not with this recipe! It's just too bad you can't order this when you're out, you have to make them yourself or at a friends house 'cause you need to use sweetener.

Default bummer!

I think the flavored alcohols has sugar. I thought they rocked until it shot me out of purple on my keto sticks. Sooooooooo, could you flavor your drinks with the syrups from Atkins, e.g. cherry?

There is a local resteraunt here that uses the raspberry vodka in thier mojitos. It comes out amazing. Of course I'm sure they use real sugar unfortunetly.

I'll have to look into making this at home.
