Tuesday and Wednesday I didn't exercise. I truly did not have the energy those days to do much of anything.
Thursday I mustered up some energy to do 30 minutes on the treadmill and do an ab routine.
Today I did well with the exercise I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then did LWTLW video.

Sunday I didn't exercise.
Monday I walked about 4 miles for a little over an hour.
Today I jogged/walked 3 miles for about 45 minutes (still bits of ice /rapid water on the track.)
