I haven't forgotten to exercise just to post.
Here's what I did..
12/22 Walked 1 hour on treadmill
12/23 Walked 3.6 miles at park
12/24 Walked 25 minutes on treadmill
12/25 Walked a half hour
12/26 Walked 1 hour
12/27 Walked 1.89 miles for 35 minutes
12/28 Walked 3.6 miles for an hour and 5 minutes

12/29 Walked for an hour and a half (don't know how far I forgot my pedometer)
12/30 Walked 1.5 miles for 30 minutes (it was over ice and could only go once around the track..too treacherous)
12/31 Walked 3.69 miles for a little over an hour
1/1 Walked for half an hour and did an ab routine workout.

1/2 Walked 3 miles for a little under an hour and did an ab routine.
Today I plan on doing my LWTLW video (since it's raining this morning)

Today I did the light weights today (Lift weights to lose weight video) and the ab workout (7 min.).

Tuesday I didn't exercise (too sore). Today I walked 3.52 miles on the treadmill for an hour and 5 minutes.

TPC Update: I am 69 % of the way toward the goal of 80000 points for a Gold Award. Only 24699 points to go!

Yesterday I walked for 40 minutes on the treadmill for a little over 2 miles, I also did my ab workout.

Today I did 40 minutes of weights (LWTLW video) and did the ab routine.

Did an additional 3.9 mile walk in the late afternoon with DH. It took an hour and 10 minutes to do.

Yesterday I walked 3 miles in about an hour. Also did ab routine. Today I plan on doing the TWTLW1 video plus ab routine.

Yesterday I got alot of exercising in. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill (2.5 miles) and then did 20 minutes of weights plus the ab routine.

Yesterday I did 35 minutes on the treadmill for 2 miles (running about 15 minutes) and did 10 minute ab/core routine.
Today I plan on walking/running...we'll see.
