Butter & Blue Cheese Spread
I was watching 30 Minute Meals the other day, and Rachel Ray made the yummiest spread ever:
Mix crumbled blue cheese and butter together w/ a few chopped fresh chives.
Awesome on beef, veggies, chicken, actually anything. The actual measurements of ingrediants varies depending on how much you want to make, but i mixed a pound of butter w/ a pound of crumbled blue cheese, and froze some for later.
The only draw back I can see is that it is so good, I tend to overuse it
