Default Herbed Shrimp Salad

Herbed Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

4 Sprigs (2 tsp.)fresh Greek Oregano-chopped *1.2g
4 Sprigs (1 tsp.)fresh Thyme-chopped *.1g
10 Small leaves fresh Basil *.6g
8 Baby Portobello mushrooms-diced *2.5
4 (1/4 C.)Cherry Tomatoes-diced *1.7g
1/3 C. Vidalia Onion-diced *3.8g
1/2 Lg. or 1 Sm. Green Bell Pepper-diced *3.4g
1/8 tsp. Coarse Salt
1/8 tsp. Ground black pepper
1/2 C. Mayonnaise (i used Kraft light) *10.2g
1 BAM!! of Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 lb. Cooked and deveined shrimp *2.5g
(I used 10-12 count no shell or tail)
2 Lg. Romaine Lettuce Leaves *.6g

Total servings: 2 Total Carbs: 26.6
Carbs Per Serving: 13.3

Method:
In a large mixing bowl combine first 11 ingredients and mix lightly then add shrimp and toss lightly until coated. Spoon over romaine lettuce leaf and grab a fork !

Again, just beautiful. Are you a chef? This is two recipes I found of yours that are not only lovely looking, but sound incredible.

beautiful presentation.!!!..watch the carbs in those red bell peppers though..that is if you are going to eat a whole one
