Smile Zuccini :)

1 zucini
1 onion
ground meat (I use 1/2 beef + 1/2 pork)
cheese

Pill your zuccini, then cut it and take out the seeds (I use a spoon for it), so you'll have two halfs which will look like a small boats Then grease it with some oil.
Brown ground beef and onion (chopped) in a little olive oil. Then put it in the "zuccini boats".
Preheat oven to 350F
Put zuccini in a pan with a bit of milk, or water+sour cream, or just water (about 2/3 cup). Bake for about 50 minutes. Before it's ready, put some cheese on top and let it melt.
I like to eat it with some sour cream on top
