If you decrease fat - you decrease calories.
I'm giving the SB a go and this is my 6th day....I've lost 2.5 lbs.
I'm trying to shake thing sup a bit. I thoroughly agree with the water though....cause I'm even thinking if I had of drank MORE water...I may have gone down another lbs...I'm sure of it! UGH!!

I think you also should have made (increase exersise)
a option.
Diets are great but exersise makes you firm and tight!!

Years ago i was heavy into exersize and ate everything and anything i wanted.
Myweight was 110 lbs

As soon as I decreased my carbs I started loosing after almost a month of going up and down to the same weight. Since starting this week I've lost about 8.5 pounds (5 pounds water and 3.5 pounds of fat)

Hi, I was on a stall for 4 weeks. Today I ate a butter finger. I have done this before. I will gain 5 and then the rest of the week I go down 10. I know thats wrong, but it's all I can think of. What do you think?
