1 & 2/3 C. Splenda
1/4 C. Sugar Twin
3/4 C. Butter (1 & 1/2 sticks)
1/2 C. Heavy Cream
2 Tbsp. water
6 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 C. Almond Flour
1/3 C. Soy Flour
2 Packets Diet Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa Mix w/Calcium
2 Tbsp. Flaxmeal
3/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Baking Cocoa (I use Nestle)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 C. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 8 X 11.5 X 2-inch baking pan.
Combine sugar, butter, heavy cream and water in large bowl. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract. Combine flours, Swiss Miss Cocoa Mix, flaxmeal, baking cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; stir into sugar mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 1" squares. Makes 36 squares.
