Go MisterE!

I'm going to join you, only my goal is a little smaller. (Okay. I want to lose these darn 13 pounds before my wedding... especially the 4 I picked up that aren't in my stats...)

I can do it. I need to lose 1/3 of a pound a day. That shouldn't be THAT bad, right?

I'm gonna stalk your journal and learn your tciks.

skpaddle...the way I hope to be able to do it is that I am starting with close to a 300 pound head start in the lard department over you.

Frequently, the larger the faster the initial weight comes off. I do this sanely and safely. I just go pretty much back to the basics and the things I know have worked for me in the past.

For me (and your mileage will vary), I have to eat more fish meals, drink more water, do more exercise. The rest is a piece of cake (so to speak).

Good luck. (Ah, but then you be Irish lass? You are born into luck!)

For me, my goal was 20 pounds in the first month, and since I have passed that (21 gone forever as of this morning), I am working on 25 gone by June 5th. 8 days to lose 4 pounds. Methinks I can do this.

*cheering you on*

Finished day two. Food posted in my journal. Down ANOTHER 4 pounds. So...8 pounds gone. 22 pounds to go!

Thank you all for your encouragement and support.

Hey, I think you're lucky! I was down three pounds this morning, which means I'm almost back to my posted weight.

It's the Lucky-MisterE!

Day three.
More realistic in the weight loss dept. 1 pound lost. Total 9 down. 21 to go!

Note: bad leg is bothering me pretty well. Aerobics is back to the SIT TIGHT tape by Simmons. Still do the Crossbow every 3rd day.
