Weighed in this am and came up with another 1/2 lb so that makes a total of 2 lbs this week!!! If I can lose 2 lbs each week until 7/4, I will make my goal!

I love my food plan!! I am never hungry and I can eat full meals and feel full when I am done. I have been eating alot of fish as this is what seems to help my body lose weight.

Dixiemamma don't get discouraged. The last twenty pounds are the slowest to come off so just be patient.

thx revrose... I needed that. I just don't see how people can stall for so long and not go back to their old way of doing things.

Hi Everyone!

Still here and kicking (or at least walking for exercise =). Hubby and I both were shooting for 16 more pounds by 7/4/04 and I have lost 2 of the 16 and hubby has lost 3 pounds from the 16 =). We are starting to see some slowing in the loss rate after the initial induction, but will hope for good results by next Monday. Still love our team idea!! And for a name, how about the Independence Day Team since our first goal is set for that American holiday, and we are all trying to gain independence from food? Just a thought.

Anyhow.....here is the team list with updated stats reported so far. Please copy and paste this and add yourself as needed:

Stylist: 13lb total goal - .05 lbs down on 5/24!!!
Rapvnzle: 15lb total goal -
Dixiemamma: 10 lb total goal - so close to goal!!!
Meggen: 12lb goal - 4 inches lost on 5/24!!!
Chantel30: 15lb total goal -
Kristin: 15 lb total goal - lost 4 of those on 5/24!!
Judynyc: 10 lb totalgoal - 2 pounds gone forever on 5/24!!!
Afwife: Team Cheerleader
Lovehandle: 15lbs total goal -
Mandeline: 5 lb totalgoal - lost .5 on 5/24!!!
Revrose: 10 lb totalgoal - lost .5 pounds by 5/24!!!
LoriLoCarb: 16 lb total goal - lost 2 lbs of that by 5/24!!
LoriLoCarb's hubby: 16lbs total goal - 3 of those gone on 5/24!!!

Default Thanks for that summary Lorilocarb!!

It gave me chills to see how well we are all doing!! Even if you are in a stall, its just that....a stall and the scale will catch up if you don't stray from your plan.

Congrats to us all!! I think we're doing GREAT!!

ps-I'm confused when you say 20% by Independence day, is that your personal goal? or is that 20% by Memorial Day? I'm very confused...sorry!!

RevRose - the movie was great.. thanks to my cinnamon pork rinds.. THOSE THINGS ARE DA BOMB!! WOW.. I recommend them to all... warm up (I'd say half a bag) and put about 2-3 packets of Splenda and cinnamon to taste.. and shake.. YUMMY.. sounded strange.. but its such a treat!

Stylist - I got measured on saturday at Curves and have lost a total of 8 inches This of course was from the beginning of May but it's something!

Unfortunately I basically maintained. The scale said I lost a lb..but I had my shoes off this weigh in... soo I maintained.. *sigh*

Congrats to all you losers though!!

Oh I am so happy!!!!!!!!!!!! I can get a little impatient.Sorry about that everyone.I am so proud of us.And on that note let us welcome maries1964 as our last member. We can use 1 more for aour team and all the support we can get.LoriloCarb if you can add up the pound loss each week that will make you our treasurer.Rapvnzle don't worry about it 8 inches is awsome.Be proud of yourself you worked all of that off.So many people have told me thatwe may not loose a lot of weight in the begining due to muscle mass....including you.I am so proud of you and everyone else too.Together we can accomplish our goals.
