Put into sandwich size zip lock bag
1 pkg Swiss Miss Diet cocoa mix (the one with 20 calories and 4 carbs)
1 cup cream

Close bag and mix by swishing. Put into freezer and squish every so often. It is done when it's thick. but best if not frozen like a rock...
I eat it out of the bag...and so good I cut the bag open and lick the bag so not to waste a drop...

Remember the so called carbs in this is really fat...I save this recipe for Birthdays so I can join in too....
